Dr Vimal Kumar S V has a doctorate in psychology and M.Phil in Learning Disabilities from the University of Kerala and completed another M.Phil (in Clinical Psychology) from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru. He has secured National Eligibility Test ( NET) and has experience in child, adolescent and adult mental health, family therapy and neuropsychology. He was a clinical psychologist at the Child development centre (CDC, Trivandrum) and NIMS Medicity, Trivandrum. He also worked as a senior consultant psychologist at the University of Kerala. He was working as an assistant professor in the department of clinical psychology at Institute of mental health and neurosciences (IMHANS)
