Associate Professor of Psychology, CHRIST University, Bangalore, India
Dr. Santhosh is a behavioral scientist and educator specializing in behavioral decision- making, solution mindset frameworks, and research analytics. His academic interests span across psychometrics, structural equation modeling, and interdisciplinary approaches to decision science. He has successfully led nationally and internationally funded research projects, combining empirical rigor with societal relevance.
His ongoing work connects cognitive science, well-being, and public behavior, with a strong emphasis on translating research into policy and practice. He is an active member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Society for Judgment and Decision Making (SJDM), and the Association of Solution-Focused Practices – India (ASFPI).
