Mishab A.K. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and licensed by the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), UAE. He serves as Academic Director and Clinical Psychologist at Mind Weavers, Kerala, bringing 10+ years of extensive experience across clinical practice, academia, research, and community-based rehabilitation. He is a trained practitioner of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), certified through CBT Australia.

His professional career includes senior roles as Executive Director – Clinical Psychologist at VPM Mind Weavers, Ajman, UAE (2023–2025); Joint Director (Clinical Psychologist) at the Community Disability Management and Rehabilitation Programme (CDMRP), Department of Psychology, University of Calicut (2021–2023); and Clinical Psychologist at the Clinical Neuropsychology & Cognitive Neuroscience Unit, NIMHANS, Bengaluru (2019–2021). During his tenure as Joint Director, he also served as UNESCO Co-Chair for the Community Disability Management Programme.

Mishab has published peer-reviewed research in Neurology India and contributed book chapters on mental wellbeing during COVID-19, neuropsychological assessment, developmental psychopathology, and public mental health. He is a frequent invited speaker, session chair, and workshop facilitator at national and international conferences, with expertise in psychotherapy, neuropsychological assessment, and neurodevelopmental rehabilitation.

He is an Accredited Member of the Academy for Solution Focused Approaches and Research, a Fellow Member of the Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists (IACP), and a Member of the American Psychological Association (APA). He also serves as a Member of the Board of Studies at MES College, Kalladikode, Palakkad.
