Therapy Supervision

Supervision is essential both for the mental health of the professional as well as ensuring effectiveness of therapy. Mind weavers provide therapists access to experienced supervisors from various theoretical orientations including humanistic, solution focused, psychoanalytic and CBT oriented. Therapy supervision involves a qualified practicing therapist working with an experienced practitioner to discuss cases or work on therapy skills. Supervision may also involve working through any discomfort, conflicts or stress the therapist may have encountered as a course of their practice.
