School Mental Health Programme

Schools are the testing grounds in which children prepare for their lives and adult responsibilities. Just as it is important to develop academic proficiency during this age, is the need to inculcate socio-emotional competency and from a young age. Research consistently shows that both academic achievement and life success can be improved by providing students with structured mental health programmes.

We have unique programmes that are developed to improve the mental health of students in schools. We provide services at different levels:

  • Universal mental health promotion for the entire student body.
  • Selective services for student groups identified as at risk for a particular issue or requiring support
  • Individual services for students on a case by case basis

We are providing training and support for teachers to develop resources within the school in order to support the wellbeing of students.
